Katie Botten

Katie BottenKatie is an effective and outcome-focused NLP Coach and facilitator specialising in organisational and career transitions.  She uses a range of tools and techniques to facilitate performance improvement and to build confidence and personal impact.  Katie has worked with a wide range of senior and middle managers, as well as private clients, to enable them to become more focused, successful and satisfied in their lives and work.

Katie has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources and Organisational Development in a variety of organisations.  She now combines organisational change consultancy with her coaching and personal development practice.  She has worked across financial services, charity, education and public sectors and extensively with organisations going through change.

Prior to this, Katie was employed in a variety of HR project management and generalist roles, primarily within the financial services industry.  Her initial HR experience was gained in the public sector.

Katie has a BA (Hons) in Social Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.  She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

She is MBTI certified, Qualified in SHL Occupational Testing, the OPQ, Motivation Questionnaire and Level 3 Integrated Testing; Saville Consulting’s WAVE Personality Styles Questionnaire and Performance 360; a Certified user of PMAI (Archetypal Analysis tools for personal and organisational development) and a Certified Success Intelligence Coach.
