Caroline Sullivan

Caroline SullivanCaroline brings to her role as a coach a strong understanding of the business needs and applications of coaching in the workplace.  As both a facilitator and coach, her aim is to help creative, capable people to get more from their work.  Caroline works with clients in both public and private sectors who benefit from her warmth, insight and total commitment to helping them to lead themselves and others through change.

Her career includes eight years as a senior internal consultant and project manager for a City Law Firm.  She then changed career, undertaking a Masters in Human Resource Management which led to work as a generalist HR Manager.  Caroline then specialised in her passion for Learning & Development and qualified as a coach in 2004.  

The focus of her coaching is to work with middle to senior corporate managers who are often in the process of adapting to increased responsibilities or clarifying their future professional direction.   The benefits that her clients describe are measurable improvements in self-determination, confidence, resilience and forward planning.

As a licensed practitioner, Caroline uses the MBTI for group and individual work. She is also qualified in Archetypal Analysis for individual and team development.

Caroline is a Member of Association for Coaching, a Certified Coach and Licensed Career Coach.  She also holds a First Class Honours Degree in English, a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
